Small papular pseudolymphoma (SPP)1 is characterized by multiple angiomatous papules, mainly on the acral sites of the hands and feet in children. It was first reported as acral pseudolymphomatous angiokeratoma of children (APACHE). The disorder may be recognized as a pseudolymphoma rather than a vascular neoplasm.
