In vitro generation of functional murine heart organoids via FGF4 and extracellular matrix

Here, the authors treat mouse embryonic stem cell-derived embryoid bodies with laminin-entactin (to mimic the developing microenvironment) and FGF4 to form heart organoids, with atrial and ventricular-like parts.
