[Epub ahead of print]) with an interest, and agree with their conclusive statement that multiple injection indocyanine green (ICG) lymphography allows better identification of functional lymphatics than lymphoscintigraphy.1 There is another point to be paid attention regarding interpretation of images obtained by ICG.
